I originally meant to do a picture like this of Tiara from Sparkling Hostage Estate, but as I drew it, another girl showed up.
This piece became really fun to do, I think I finally learned how to paint with a light source in mind.
The fish she's riding is a flounder. When the fish is young, it looks like any other fish, but as it grows it flattens out and one of its eyes slides over to the other side of its head.

Woah, awesome colors! And interesting fact too! I didn't know flounders' have a "migrating eye" so to speak. Nifty! Lovely lovely work!
